Self Love Book Club

Book Club is Full At This Time

Queer and trans youth are not often given the opportunity to discuss love with each other in a safe space. This book club aims to provide a space for youth to create connections with each other and learn how to think critically and support each other in the process. Self love as a community-based concept allows us to examine the structures that act as barriers to queer and trans self love and teaches how to critically think and support each other by centering community and self.

In this book club, our goal is to redefine concepts together to fit a queer and trans youth perspective and discuss in community. Working through our journeys of self love together, we will be creating a Self Love Workbook to share with LGBTQ+ youth all over the nation. We will be self-publishing this workbook, which will allow all participants to become published authors and learn how to create, edit, and publish your work about self love with us. Queer and trans youth voices are important and we want to provide a platform of sharing our voices with the world.
